Mission:  To unite citizens in opposing excessive government regulations and agency overreach that threaten our Constitutional right to own and enjoy our properties, ensuring that governance reflects the will of the people, not administrators.
Vision: A future where every American retains the fundamental right and opportunity to work hard, own their home, and pass down the same freedoms and opportunities to future generations, free from the encroachment of excessive regulation and corporate control.

The State of Montana’s proposed floodplain expansion and regulations that deprive citizens the right to own and enjoy their properties as provided in the 5th and 14th Amendments of the US Constitution.

Missoula County’s 2022 zoning regulations (MCZR) violating the 5th and 14th Amendments of the US Constitution by drafting regulations that take private property through unreasonable and excessive regulations.
